Stephanie Pious has joined Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, the Connecticut affiliate of Paramount Partners, as vice president.
She has had her most recent successes has been the medical office sector, working on behalf of Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London and Day Kimball Hospital of Putnam, and in the industrial market, in the sale of MeadWestvaco Corp.’s plant in Enfield.
Pious will be based in the Old Saybrook office and will primarily focus on the Connecticut and Rhode Island markets.
