Andrew J. Pinkes is the acting head of commercial markets for Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., pending the search for a successor to Juan C. Andrade, who is leaving the company.
Andrade is joining insurer ACE Ltd. as head of global lines.
The Hartford says its search will cover inside and outside the property-casualty insurer and financial services company.
Pinkes joined The Hartford in 2003, after beginning his insurance career with Travelers Co..

Pinkes has an undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and a law degree from Western New England College School in Springfield.
