West Hartford law firm Pierce LLC has hired Veronica Lee as counsel.
Lee, who comes from Pepe & Hazard, will focus on real estate law, in the areas of structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial real estate transactions, and corporate finance transactions for lenders developers.
The Avon resident is on the board of Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center of Connecticut. She also served on the boards of the Connecticut Children’s Museum and Lawyers for Children.
