The Phoenix Companies Inc. has hired Scott W. Schuetz as vice president of growth delivery and operations.
He will be responsible for quality and efficiency of operations for all actively sold lines of business from submission through claims at the Hartford-based insurer and annuities firm. He will also be responsible for bringing new products to market and improving processes and technology to meet distributors’ needs.
He previously worked for Life & Annuity Operations & Services as well as Aviva Life & Annuity Company, Wells Fargo Bank and Citigroup.
