International training company Learning Dynamics in Wallingford has promoted Barbara Phillips to senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Phillips, a former human resources director at People’s Bank, has led multiple mergers and acquisitions for the organization. She is an active member of the American Management Association, the Human Resources Planning Society, SHRM, and the National Association of Female Executives.
