Pfizer and CBIA grant fellowships

Sixteen undergraduates enrolled in Connecticut colleges received fellowships from The Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) and Pfizer Global Research & Development in southeast Connecticut under a program in its third and final year to train workers in high-skill, high-demand pharmaceutical research jobs. The schools participating in the program include the University of Connecticut, Central Connecticut State University, Trinity College, University of New Haven, and Fairfield University. Students conduct 10-week independent research projects as part of the fellowship.
