PETIT FAMILY FOUNDATION HONORS WOMEN IN SCIENCE

The Petit Family Foundation recently celebrated an “Evening Honoring Women in Science” with a fundraiser at the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford. Jeffrey Immelt, GE chairman and CEO, served as honorary chairman and speaker for the event which honored Jennifer Whiffen, a senior biomedical/design engineer with Covidien, and Anabella Villalobos, vice president of neuroscience and antibody drug conjugate medical chemistry at Pfizer.
