People’s United Bank has sold a mixed-use office building it owns and occupies in Tolland for $3.4 million, according to the deal’s broker.
The 16,414-square-foot property at 6 Fieldstone Commons sold Aug. 1,1 as part of a sales-leaseback transaction.
The buyer was Edward Lockery.
The building is master leased to Eastern Connecticut Health Network and People’s United will continue to operate its branch at the property.
The property was built in 2005 and sits on 3.44 acres.
Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial brokered the deal.
