Pearce Real Estate has announced top performers in its New Haven-area offices for the third quarter ended Sept. 30.
Rob Curry has been named to the Top 10 Producers company-wide and was the No. 1 producing agent on the Shoreline for the three-month period.
John Bergin of the Milford Pearce commercial office was named top commercial producer in that office and a Top 10 Producer company-wide.
Mary Jane Burt was named to the Top 10 Producers company-wide ranks and was the No. 1 producing agent in the New Haven residential office for the three-month period.
MaryBeth Canavan has been named the top producing agent in Pearce’s Branford residential office for the quarter.
And Lili Mastronardi was named the No. 1 producing agent in the Pearce Clinton residential office for the period ending Sept. 30.
TRANSACTIONS
RDB & CK, LLC, d/b/a Sports Box, has leased a 1,000-square-foot industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 132 Pepes Farm Rd., Milford. The new tenant will use the space for general office use and sports-equipment storage. The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC. Bill Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors, was sole broker in the transaction.
Madison Music Center has closed on a five-year lease for 1,260 square feet of retail space in Madison Commons Shopping Plaza, 200 Boston Post Rd., Madison. Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, senior commercial associate for Pearce Commercial, represented both the tenant and landlord Madison Commons LLC in the deal.
