The top individual agent for the company is Eileen Smith of Pearce’s North Haven/Wallingford office. The top teams company-wide are Edgehill Realtors from the New Haven office (including Ray Baldelli, Wojtek Borowski, Judith Normandin, Liisa Lindholm, Fran DeToro, Cecilia Jaoude, Gail Kuziel, Lori Desormeau and Michele Benson) and the Popplewell team from the Guilford office (Amanda Popplewell, Sue Popplewell and Carlos Pena).

TRANSACTIONS
The former Crabtree & Evelyn headquarters building at 102 Peake Brook Road, Woodstock has been sold to Peake Brook, LLC for $3,825,000. The 39-acre site includes 155,000 square feet of manufacturing space, a 42,612-square-foot office building and a guest house. Stephanie Pious and Keith Kumnick, SIOR of Colliers International represented the seller, Crabtree & Evelyn Ltd., and Pious also procured the buyer. The office building is being offered for lease.
