Paychex North America Inc. is moving its Rocky Hill operations to new space in town.
The firm will occupy 32,351 square feet of office-fulfillment center space at 714 Brook St. in the Winbrook business park. Paychex is moving from its space at 55 Capital Blvd.
The landlord is WEW 714 Brook Street LLC, who was represented in the lease by O,R&L Commercial.
The Acclaim Group represented Paychex.

Cetro’s Wallingford move
Cetro America Inc. leased 2,700 square feet of office and shop space for a relocation to Wallingford from nearby Hamden.
The tenant, which engages in the manufacturing, engineering and refurbishing of medical equipment and materials, is settling at 801 North Main Street Extension in Wallingford.
The Geenty Group Realtors represented Cetro and landlord Verna Family Insurance Trust in the lease.
Middletown commercial leases
A flurry of Middletown commercial leases has been signed.
Alpine Environmental Services LLC leased 31,800 square feet at 2303 S. Main St. to move its operations from Wallingford.
The large industrial building on Route 17, near the Durham and Middlefield borders, was home to defunct Jem Wire Products Inc.
At 440 Middlefield St., newspaper distributor Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc. leased 5,675 square feet from landlord Middletown Revival LLC.
Publishers Circulation distributes regionally the Middletown Press, Hartford Courant, New York Times, and other newspapers.
Middletown Revival has rehabilitated the four-building complex that contains Baldwin Pergolas and Furniture and other tenants.
At 320 Main St. downtown, landlord Schaffer Associates LLC leased 2,000 square feet to Walter and Thomas Wang for restaurant ANOHO, A Noodle House, serving decorative Asian cuisine.
Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC was the sole broker in those transactions.

Middletown condo sold
The new owner of a commercial condominium at 770 Newfield St. in Middletown has leased the space to a moving company.
Buyer 12 Springbrook LLC paid seller Frances M. Cruz $163,000 for the 2,100-square-foot unit.
The new landlord, in turn, leased the space to Geometric Movers for undisclosed terms.
Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale.

EBS renews in E. Granby
Energy Beam Sciences, the manufacturer of electronic beam technology products, has renewed its 6,120-square-foot lease at 29 Kripes Road, located in the Airport Business Center in East Granby.
EBS has been a tenant since 2005.
Airport Business Center III LP is the landlord.
Sentry Commercial was sole broker in the lease.

Advanced Testing space
Advanced Testing & Balancing Co. Inc. leased 768 square feet at 375 Morgan Lane, Unit 207, in West Haven.
Advanced does heating, ventilation and air conditioning-unit balancing, commissioning, sound and vibration, and compliance testing.
The Geenty Group represented the tenant and landlord Michael V. Musco in the lease.
