John J. Patrick Jr. has been appointed as vice chair to the New England advisory board of NBT Bank, an independent, community bank based in Norwich, N.Y.
Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served as chairman, president and CEO of First Connecticut Bancorp Inc. from 2011 to 2018.
