Tom Quinn has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Stratford-based pasta maker Nuovo Pasta Productions Ltd.
Quinn has been with the company since 2002, serving in multiple leadership roles including sales and operations. In his new role, he will manage day-to-day activities, which include all departments plus three production facilities and its distribution center.
Nuovo Pasta is a national producer of premium refrigerated pasta and sauce that produces 22 million pounds of fresh pasta and sauces per year, the company said.
