A New York investor has acquired a nine-unit apartment building in the Parkville section of Hartford for $510,000.
According to property records, a limited liability company managed by Phillip Knoll of New Rochelle acquired 47-49 Orange St. on Nov. 24.
The brick exterior building, built in 1915, has three stories and totals just over 14,000 square feet. The seller was an LLC led by Franco Pacelli of New Jersey, who acquired the property in 2015 for $254,000.
Representing both sides in the transaction was Tim Hines, associate at Horvath & Tremblay.
