Papa was hired as vice president of strategy and community life at Duncaster

Kelly Papa was hired to the newly created position of vice president — strategy and community life at Duncaster, a retirement community provider.

Papa was most recently the corporate director of learning at Masonicare in Wallingford. At Duncaster she will be responsible for implementing best practices in life enrichment and wellness services across all of Duncaster’s locations.
