A Brookfield investor paid $4 million for a 70,000-square foot warehouse building in an Oxford industrial park, brokers said.
Christian Oxford Associates LLC bought 195 Christian St. from W.H.J. LLC in an off-market transaction, said Godin Property Brokers, who represented the seller.
The high bay warehouse facility sits on 5.6 acres and is near Interstate-84.
Northeast Investment Realty represented the buyer, who is leasing the property back to the original owner.
East Haven building sold for $625K
A 12,000-square-foot building that housed a now-shuttered East Haven automotive parts supply business sold recently for $625,000, brokers said.
Tek-Motive Inc., a brake lining distributor run by the Moalli family, sold 29 Baer Circle to Keith Russo of Russo Construction in North Branford after closing the business, according to seller’s broker Pearce Real Estate.
The Milford Pearce Real Estate Commercial office represented the seller, Angela R. Moalli, while The Geenty Group in Branford represented the buyer, who bought the property as an investment, Pearce said.
Branford IT firm buys buildings for $543K
The owner of a Branford computer business is relocating in town after buying two East Main Street buildings for $543,000, brokers said.
David and Lai Chew, owners of CPI Computer Inc., bought the multi-tenant property at 802-804 E. Main St. from Double N Farm LLC as an investment, according to seller’s broker The Geenty Group.
ReMax Alliance in Branford represented the buyer, who plans to use one of the buildings for his IT company and a sister business, Custom Engraving.
The property on 1.5 acres also includes retail offices, two apartments and a barn, brokers said.
Plastics manufacturer leases Wallingford industrial building
A Tennessee-based manufacturer of high-precision metal and plastic components has leased a 50,400-square-foot industrial building in Wallingford, brokers said.
NN Inc., which owns Connecticut Plastics in Wallingford, will occupy the entire building at 6 Northrop Industrial Park Road, according to brokers.

Electrical contractor leases Stratford office space
A Danbury-based electrical contractor that specializes in traffic signals and highway lighting has leased office space at 2261 Broadbridge Ave. in Stratford from a local dentist, brokers said.
The company, NY-CONN Corp., was hired by the Connecticut Department of Transportation for a traffic signal project between Stamford and North Haven, according to Pearce Real Estate.
The Pearce Commercial Milford office represented both the tenant and the landlord, William Riecker, DDS.
