A 16,000-square-foot industrial facility at 178 Christian St., Oxford, has sold for $900,000.

The facility sits on a 3.9-acre property, which also includes a 3,000-square-foot outbuilding.
The property is in the Oxford Industrial Park, in close proximity to the Oxford/Waterbury Airport and with fast access to both I-84 and Route 8.
CAB Properties LLC, a local investor, bought the property from Oxford Science Center LLC, according to an announcement.
The buyer’s principal is listed as Steven L. Buonauto of Royal Oak Properties in Waterbury, according to the Secretary of the State’s office.

Norwich industrial site sells for $2.8M
Property at 243 Vergason Ave. in the Norwich Industrial Park sold recently for $2.8 million.
The site includes a 57,000-square-foot light industrial/flex building on approximately 10 acres.
Frank Hird and Tim McMahon of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, the Vergason-Essex Trust Inc., and procured the buyer, Intrinsic Ventures Inc., which is based in Austin, Texas.
O,R&L will continue representing the buyer in its effort to secure a tenant for an available 27,000-square-foot space on the property.
According to O,R&L, the buyer is planning to make upgrades to the building and vacant space, including adding drive-in doors and docks.
