South Windsor 3-D printing manufacturer Oxford Performance Materials has hired Larry Varholak as vice president of programs and Sal Bordonaro as vice president of operations in its aerospace and industrial division.
Since 2009, Varholak has been chief engineer of the S-92 helicopter and director of fleet analytics at Sikorsky Aircraft, where he started his career in 1980, before moving onto jobs at Dow–United Technologies Composite Products and KLM Industries.
Bordonaro previously worked for Kaman Corp., where he held positions in finance, program management and operations before becoming president of the company’s helicopters division in 2004.
