A former Wells Fargo bank branch property in Danbury has sold for $1.4 million.
The century-old, 12,517-square-foot property at 210 Main St. was sold on Oct. 8, to 210 Main Street RE Associates LLC, which is controlled by principals Michael and Brooke Skolnick, of Livingston, New Jersey, land and state records show.
The Skolnicks are the leaders of New Jersey-based Abra Health, a dental and healthcare company that serves underserved communities.
Abra Health expanded into Connecticut last year with its purchase of All About Kids Pediatric Dentistry, which had four locations in the state in Danbury, Derby, Norwalk and Stamford.
The Skolnicks didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on their plans for the recently acquired Danbury property, which was built in 1924 and sits on 0.44 acres.
Wells Fargo formerly occupied the building.
The seller was 210 main street LLC, which is controlled by Peter Devito, who has a Brewster, New York business address. He bought the property in March 2022 for $975,000, records show.
