Farmington’s Ovation Benefits is launching a new international practice to help employers manage risk overseas.
The Ovation oneGlobal practice will provide employers with an international risk management strategy with concierge service and support for employees in 75 countries around the world.
Prior to the launch of the new practice, Ovation’s international services were provided through the employee benefits brokerage and consulting operation.
Ovation currently manages more than $1 billion in health and benefits premium around the world, including $400 million in non-domestic international programs. Customers of Ovation oneGlobal include local manufacturers and family owned business with overseas operations, international travelers, education and non-profit as well as foreign owned companies, embassies, and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Ovation Chief Operating Officer Brian Driscoll will oversee the new business and a team of global consultants with expertise in global strategy, multi-national pooling, local national, travel and expatriate coverages, and medical tourism.
