Ovation Benefits Inc. has deepened its benefits brokerage network into the Georgia market with the Farmington firm’s second acquisition in six months.
Ovation paid an unspecified sum for Benefits Planning Concepts Inc. , of Jackson, Ga.
Ovation opened an Atlanta office last year following its acquisition of Health Navigators LLC in September.
Ovation says it is considering more Atlanta area purchases to expand its presence.
