Otis gets three contracts in Russia

Farmington-based Otis Elevator has received contracts to install environmentally-friendly elevators, escalators and moving walkways in three large commercial projects in Russia. The projects include a mall and office building in Moscow with 49 elevators and 24 escalators, another marketplace in Moscow with 57 moving walkways, and a 10-elevator retail center in Yekaterinburg, 1,000 miles east of the Russian capitol. Financial details of the contracts were not disclosed.
