Branford commercial real estate services provider O,R&L has won a pair of cleaning contracts for two of central Florida’s popular tourism and cultural landmarks.
OR&L Facility Services, Winter Park, Fla., was awarded janitorial maintenance contracts for 8,065 square feet of offices at Harry P. Leu Gardens, 50 acres of landscaped grounds and lakes; and 5,527 square feet of office and gallery space at the Mennello Museum of American Art.
The city of Orlando, Fla., awarded both, increasing to six the cleaning contracts OR&L has with the city, said OR&L co-founder and President Bob Owens.
