Orange strip mall sold for $2.32M

A strip mall along Route 1 in Orange has been sold for more than $2 million.

The Contempo Square plaza, at 200 Boston Post Road, was sold to Santosh and Seema Patel of Shree Ram of North Haven and S Boston Post Property LLC for $2.32 million.

The seller, 200 Boston Post Road LLC, bought the property for $2.5 million in 2016, according to town records.

The two-building, 23,500-square-foot, multi-tenant commercial, retail and office space was built in 1986.  

The property has a total appraised value of $2.28 million.
