Water Street Management LLC, a real estate investment company, has purchased multiple units of Springbrook Common, a commercial complex at 240 Indian River Rd. in Orange for $8.05 million.
The space encompasses 38,875 square feet within the complex, which is in close proximity to Interstate 95.
Nick Mastrangelo and Tom Cavaliere of Coldwell Banker Commercial handled the sale.
Aileen DeFeo, vice president and branch Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Orange and Woodbridge office, said the sale “reinforces the strength of the local economy for investment opportunities.”
Carl Russell of H. Pearce Commercial of Milford represented the seller, Springbrook Common LLC and Lakehouse Properties LLC, according to an announcement.
