An industrial complex in Orange has been sold for nearly $4.4 million, just seven months after it was sold for $3 million.
According to town land records, the property at 22 Prindle Hill Road was sold on Nov. 9, 2022, by Orange-based Maurer Metalcraft Associates LLC and principal Dennis Murray to ET Real Estate 2 LLC and principal Shawn Liu for $3 million.
Lui and ET Real Estate 2 then sold the property for $4.39 million to West Haven-based 475 Heffernan LLC and principal John S. Robinson in a deal recorded May 15.
The manufacturing site, built in 1961, contains a 32,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, and was renovated in 2010 when a 5,000-square-foot warehouse was built on the 3-acre industrial property.
The property has a total appraised value of $2.37 million.
