An Orange industrial building has been sold for more than $2 million.
The 43,500-square-foot building at 45 Connair Road was sold by Khaleah Robinson and Woodbridge-based KSS Associates LLC, to 45 Connair Road LLC of Stratford and principals Gaber Elgendi and George Nassra, for $2.2 million in a deal recorded Aug. 23, according to town land records.
The light industrial space sits on 3.4 acres, less than a mile from Interstate 95. It was built in 1987 and contains office space and a manufacturing area with five loading docks.
The property also contains 176 parking spaces and adjacent undeveloped land for storage or possible expansion.
Michael Richetelli of Orange-based Colonial Properties was the broker for the seller.
