Benjamin Barnes, secretary for the State of Connecticut’s Office of Policy and Management, appointed Natalie Sage Wagner as the new undersecretary for legal affairs.
Wagner has worked in state government since 2006 and served as deputy legal counsel for Governor Dan Malloy and the Connecticut State Senate Democrats before she became the director of legal affairs at the State Department of Education.
As undersecretary for legal affairs, Wagner will play a significant role in drafting budget-related legislation as well as reviewing regulations and state contracts.
