Operation Fuel, a Bloomfield-based statewide nonprofit that provides emergency energy assistance to low-income families and individuals, elected three new members to its board of directors.
New board members include Denise Rhone of East Hartford, legal education manager for the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund; Courtney Chan of Ellington, director of human services for the town of Coventry; and Melissa Davis-Hussain of Bloomfield, a social worker for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
