Tolland IT consulting firm OpenSky Corp. has opened its fifth regional U.S. office in Northern California, it announced.
The company has hired Gail Holmen, an industry veteran who has worked for UB Networks, Tandem, Barracuda Networks, as general manager to oversee the new office.
OpenSky, which was founded in 2007, also has offices in Massachusetts, Texas, Pennsylvania and Arizona.
