Opening the Flower Show

Gov. M. Jodi Rell cut a garland of fresh flowers to open the four-day 29th annual Connecticut Flower and Garden Show at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. The annual show is one of New England’s largest flower shows and is produced by North East Expos Inc. Pictured, from left, are H.
