OPEL Technologies Inc., with operations in Shelton, announced Thursday that it and its subsidiary OPEL Solar, Inc. have entered into an agreement with West Hartford’s Northern States Metals involving the sale of most of OPEL’s solar assets.
The transaction, subject to review, is expected to be completed in late September.
