Farmington’s OneSource Water, a distributor of bottleless water purification systems, has acquired a Missouri company that also has operations in Colorado.
AquaPure provides OneSource with 50 new employees and 4,000 new customers in Kansas City, St. Louis and Denver, according to OneSource CEO A.J. Wasserstein.
The company didn’t disclose the financial terms of the acquisition.
OneSource already has operations in the St. Louis area. Kansas City and Denver are new markets for the company.

It’s the first deal of 2014 for OneSource, which has been on an acquisition spree over the past two years and now has operations in 25 markets.
