Farmington bottleless water cooler provider OneSource Water said it has acquired Smart H20, a fellow distributor of bottleless water coolers in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., markets.
OneSource CEO A.J. Wasserstein said his company picks up approximately 750 customers in the deal, for which financial terms were not disclosed.
Smart H20 is a division of Smart Office Solutions, which said the sale will allow it to focus on its office furniture and office supplies businesses.
