Farmington’s OneSource Water said it has acquired some of the assets of a Florida water and office supplies distributor.
The deal gives OneSource Earth Beverage Systems’ Tampa-based bottleless water purifier business.
The Florida company will continue to operate its business on the opposite coast in Boca Raton, according to OneSource.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds about 200 customers to OneSource’s customer base, according to OneSource CEO A.J. Wasserstein.
The Tampa location will be the company’s third in the Sunshine State. It already has operations in Jacksonville and Orlando.
