Farmington’s OneSource Water, which provides bottleless water coolers to offices and other commercial properties, said it has acquired Ohio-based Pure Water Technology.
Pure Water has approximately 500 customers in the Greater Toledo area, according to OneSource President A.J. Wasserstein.
“The acquisition complements our existing Ohio offices in Columbus and Cincinnati, while also providing access to markets in southeast Michigan,” Wasserstein said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
