One-story, 19th-century industrial property sells for $1.68M in Milford

A one-story industrial building in Milford, at 674 Naugatuck Ave., that was built in the late 19th century has sold for $1.68 million, according to the city’s property records.

Milford residents Richard Jurzyk Jr., Christopher Saley and Francis Basile, doing business as 0674 Naugatuck Ave LLC, have purchased the building from J. Regis Conlon, of Branford, who is doing business as 674 Naugatuck Ave LLC.

The building, which was built in 1890, contains 26,400 square feet of space, property records show. It sits on a 2.5-acre parcel that has 17,000 square feet of asphalt coverage.

The building, which contains 2,400 square feet of office space and is made of cinder block and framed in steel, is appraised at $1.31 million and assessed at $919,880.
