One Diversified Inc. leases North Branford space

An audio/visual equipment rental company will occupy space at 49 Fowler Road, North Branford.

One Diversified Inc., and principal Matt Hoogerland, signed a lease for nearly 6,300 square feet of space in an industrial area just off Foxon Road, Route 80.

One Diversified provides audio/visual equipment rentals to users who put on concerts, conventions, conferences and other large events. 

The three-year lease with options to renew is valued at roughly $155,000, according to Kevin Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford, who was the sole broker in the lease.

The space is located in a warehouse on the multi-building property, and includes an office, a truck dock and a large drive-in overhead door. 

One Diversified was located on a campus in North Haven, but the company needed to find a new space due to property owners recently occupying that property. 

The building owner in North Branford is American Protective Products, LLC. The building had been mainly vacant and ready for immediate occupancy except for building owners using the office space.
