The owner of six buildings in Old Saybrook Business Park has gotten $5.2 million in refinancing from Rhode Island lender Washington Trust, authorities say.
Mill Meadow Development LLC got refinancing on buildings at 2, 4 and 6 Business Park Road, 5 and 20 Research Parkway and 151 Mill Rock Road East in Old Saybrook.
