Hartford/Springfield area executive search-coach firm OI Partners Inc. has completed a formal alliance with CareerNet International Ltd.
The two firms will operate as OI Global Partners.
OI Partners, with an Avon office, was founded in 1987; CareerNet International Ltd. in 1998.
Locally, the outfit will be called OI Global Partners Inc. Hartford/New Haven/Springfield, said Managing Partner Ed Poff, who will run the regional affiliate.
The alliance has 225 offices in 28 countries, with operations in Nashville, Tenn., and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
