The seller, 350 Bostwick Avenue LLC, is controlled by Mark Kelly, of Easton. Kelly founded Safety Marking LLC, a Bridgeport-based road-marking business he sold to a private equity firm in 2023.

Kelly purchased the Bostwick Avenue warehouse for $1.5 million in April 2024, property records show.

He is planning to buy a 29,395-square-foot industrial building at 430 Bostwick Ave. following the scheduled sunset of Connecticut’s Transfer Act in March, HBJ previously reported.
