A commercial office property in Hartford’s Parkville neighborhood has sold for $355,000, city records show.
The 5,844-square-foot property at 753 Capitol Ave., sold earlier this month.
The buyer was Prady Investments LLC, which is controlled by Pradipta Mazumder, who has a Bristol mailing address, state records show.
The seller was Charlie 10 LLC, which is controlled by Jonathan Rutenberg, who has an Avon business address, state records show.
The building was built in 1988 and renovated in 2015. U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center is a tenant, according to CoStar.
