A New York lodging operator has opened a Hampton Inn & Suites on Route 6 in Farmington, its fifth hotel in Connecticut, according to a published report.
Buffalo Lodging Associates LLC, an affiliate of Benderson Development Co. in New York, runs the three-story, 124-room hotel at 301 Colt Highway/Route 6, nine miles from downtown Hartford, the Buffalo Business First reports today on its Web site.
“We believe the Farmington market will embrace this new, state-of-the-art property,” said Cole Fach, Buffalo Lodging vice president of development and operations.
The hotel’s amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool spa and a fully-equipped fitness center.
Besides the Hampton Inn/Farmington, Buffalo Lodging also operates the Hampton Inn Hartford-Airport; the Courtyard by Marriott Danbury, Hampton Inn Danbury and Hampton Inn Enfield/Springfield-South.
Buffalo Lodging also has hotels in Buffalo, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, New Jersey and Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
