A pair of Brooklyn, New York-based investors recently paid $15.1 million for three Hartford apartment buildings containing 180 units.
In a deed recorded Sept. 9, a limited liability company headed by Meshilim Sinay and Joel Sinay acquired the three buildings, which are clustered in Hartford’s Asylum Hill neighborhood.
The properties include:
- 862 Asylum Ave. — a 28-unit, three-story brick apartment building dating to 1966.
- 950 Asylum Ave. — a 70-unit, three-story brick apartment building dating to 1965.
- 1021 Asylum Ave. — an 82-unit, three-story brick apartment building dating to 1970.
The Sinay-led LLC took out an $11.32 million mortgage from Texas-based CBRE Capital Markets Inc. for the deal. The seller was a Bronxville, New York-based LLC headed by Sandra DeFeo-Borducci.
Jordan Pinto, of Chozick Realty Inc., represented the seller and procured the buyer.
