New York investors have purchased a highly visible mixed-use multifamily property on a posh thoroughfare in Greenwich for $4.3 million, according to the town’s property records.
Carmelo Milo, of Yonkers, New York, and Laura Puerta, of Cortland Manor, New York, have purchased the 7,827-square-foot property with two retail spaces and six apartments, at 383 Greenwich Ave., from Robert Deitrich, of Stamford, doing business as 383 Greenwich Ave LLC.
Milo bought the property under the name 17 Sheffield Road LLC, while Puerta bought it under the name I Carusi LLC. Property records indicated Pergola Greenwich & Et Al LLC also as a buyer, but state records did not show a party behind the limited liability company.
The property, which was recently occupied by St. Moritz Bakery, is appraised at $4.16 million and assessed at $2.91 million.
