A New York investor with several large multifamily properties in Hartford has acquired a Vernon apartment building to his portfolio.
REAP Partners sold its 24-unit Westend Apartments, located at 88 West St. in Vernon, for $2.98 million in April, according to property records.
The building sits on 1.2 acres and was built in 1920.
The buyer was Vernon Manor LLC, which is controlled by Abraham Gottesman.

Gottesman owns a number of Hartford properties containing several hundred units, including Chelsea Park Apartments and Benton House on Benton Street, 166 Collins St. and 15 Evergreen Ave., among others, according to property records. He also owns Vine Street Apartments in New Britain.Â
