New Jersey solar array installer NRG Home Solar will host a job fair Sept. 25 in Middletown as it seeks to fill more than 75 new positions in the next year.
NRG Home Solar is a subsidiary of conglomerate NRG Energy, which owns power plants around the world, including nine in Connecticut. The solar subsidiary is its move into the solar installation market.
The company is looking to hire people in sales, installation, lead generation, and administration. Training in solar fields will be available to qualified candidates.
The job fair will be from 3-7 p.m. Sept. 25 at 299 Industrial Park Drive in Middletown.
