Reid and Riege in Hartford hired Thomas V. Daily as stockholder in the litigation practice group. Daily was previously assistant U.S. attorney in Connecticut. The firm also hired Robert J. Durbin as associate in litigation and white collar crime and government investigations. Durbin most recently was associate at Goodwin Procter in Boston.

William T. Donahue was appointed president of the Trust Company of Connecticut at NewAlliance Bank. Donahue was previously senior administrative officer at the trust division.

Aaron S. Bayer, partner at Wiggin and Dana in Hartford, was named chair of the board of directors of Connecticut Legal Services.

Martino & Binzer in Avon hired Craig Dols as senior interactive designer. Dols was formerly graphic designer at Amerifit Nutrition.

Jennifer A. Gabriel was named public affairs officer at TD Banknorth in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Gabriel most recently was community relations manager at the bank.

Saint Joseph College in West Hartford appointed Pamela Trotman Reid president and chief executive. Reid comes to West Hartford from Roosevelt University in Chicago where she was provost and executive vice president.

David Platt, partner at Murtha Cullina in Hartford, was elected president of the Connecticut Forest and Park Association.

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford hired Marc J. Zirolli as physician liaison. Zirolli was previously marketing representative at Jefferson Radiology.

Kathy Chartier was appointed interim CEO of the Credit Union League of Connecticut. Chartier was formerly chair of the league.

Lisa Sartorius has joined The Lupus Foundation of America Connecticut chapter as president and CEO. Sartorius most recently was development director at Avery Heights.

The Connecticut Radio Information System elected the following officers to the board of directors: Chairman Thomas Grossi, retired chief of adult services, board of education and Services for the Blind; Vice Chairman Anne Fortunato, executive director, Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic; Treasurer Paul Young, executive director, Connecticut Division of Special Revenue; Secretary Jeffrey Litke, executive office administrative aide, office of Governor Rell; and Andrew McCall Norton, director of legislative and legal affairs, board of education and Services for the Blind.
