The foreclosed 69-unit luxury Stonington Estates apartments in Norwich has sold for $6.4 million — above listing price — after drawing multiple bidders, authorities say.
Hamilton Point Investments of Old Lyme bought the complex at 102 Stonington Road from CW Capital of Needham, Mass.
The 56,100-square-foot property is minutes from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino.
Units offer fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and balconies, as well as on-site tennis courts, a fitness center and 24-hour maintenance. Rent averages $1,080 a month.
Colliers International arranged the sale and represented buyer and seller in the transaction.

Middletown is the scene for a series of retail and office leases negotiated by Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC.
On downtown’s Main Street, landlord 337-351 Main St. LLC leased 6,000 square feet at 337 Main St. to LaBoca Inc.
New leases signed at Main Street Market, 366-386 Main St., include:
• Epilepsy Foundation, 1,652 square feet;
• Easter Seals, 1,204 square feet;
• It Burns, 3,231 square feet;
• Howard & McMillan, 1,424 square feet;
• And insurer Serra & DelVecchio LLC with 4,297 square feet.
The property is the former Public Bar and Grill and is in the large building that was formerly the Bob’s Stores headquarters
Craffery’s LLC leased 4,000 square feet at 140-5 Main St. in Metro Square for Caffery’s Dance & Gymnastics School. Trevor Davis represented the tenant, while RE/Max Market Place represented landlord Metro Square.
At 98 Washington St. and the corner of Main Street, Charles Computer Service leased 2,500 square feet of office space above Luce restaurant from landlord RAMO LLC.
At nearby 90 Court St., Susan Bysiewicz for Connecticut Inc. leased an unspecified amount of office space for her U.S. Senate campaign headquarters from landlord, Marino Professional Building Inc.
At 670 Newfield St. (Route 3), U.S. Pain Foundation leased the last 890 square feet in the retail-office building from landlords Ottavio and Letizia Monarca.
Mek-Gar USA leased 7,200 square feet at 905 Middle St. from landlord, J. Sullivan Properties LLC.
At Middletown Business Park, 430-460 Smith St., three tenants have signed with landlord BostonMiddletown LLC: All Star Software leased 3,250 square feet; Impact Security leased 1,648 square feet; and A&A Office Systems leased 3,793 square feet.

New Haven bioscience firm Transgenomic Inc. signed a five-year lease extension for about 23,000 square feet at 5 Science Park.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

Family partners in a flood, fire and disaster-repair business have purchased for $140,000 a unit in the Millbrook Business Condominium complex in Branford.
Milica Sekerovic and her husband bought the property at 65-6 N. Branford Road from Millbrook LP.
The Geenty Group, Realtors, was sole broker in the deal.

Belcan’s Windsor move
Ohio-based Belcan Engineering Group, Inc., a global provider of engineering services, has leased office space at 175 Addison Road in Windsor.
Belcan will move in April from current offices at 1 Hamilton Road in Windsor Locks. Sentry Commercial, in conjunction with Cresa, represented the tenant in the lease.
