A Norwalk-based identity and risk management firm has acquired a New Jersey consultancy specializing in identity and access management.
SDG Corp. said it purchased Hub City Media to expand its identity and access management services.
SDG, founded in 1993, operates globally with about 400 professionals in the U.S. and India. The firm offers services including cybersecurity, identity governance, cloud security, risk consulting and compliance.
Hub City Media has worked across sectors including financial services, health care, higher education and retail.
